Compare fixed photo points with previous records and practise consistent field notes. The session stays within public boardwalk areas and uses observation rather than entering sensitive habitat.

Taking part

This sample activity is hosted by Saltmarsh Watch. Meet at Lower estuary boardwalk for an introduction before the activity begins. Bring drinking water, sun protection and footwear suitable for the setting.

Ask the organiser about access, task options and weather arrangements before attending. Different activity options can be discussed to support participation.
