Discover local trees, insects and habitat through a guided nature-journal activity.

## What to expect

Use sketches, leaf shapes and observations to build a shared picture of the reserve. Children attend with a responsible adult; shorter observation activities are available near the picnic shelter.

## Taking part

This sample activity is hosted by Young Landcarers Banksia Coast. Meet at Paperbark Reserve walking trail for an introduction before the activity begins. Bring drinking water, sun protection and footwear suitable for the setting.

Ask the organiser about access, task options and weather arrangements before attending. Different activity options can be discussed to support participation.
